I am an ex-Floridian who has spent many evenings listening to the house band in Sally O'Briens. The band is great and sometimes friendly...sometimes not. The bartenders are from Ireland and may not totally get Americans and what we look expect in way of customer service. They are not friendly at all.

On season, its a better than average place although the service is typical for touristy places. Off season, the place is fantastic. The manager is a guy to talk to and the staff and performers sit around and talk with the customers at the bar. I had a great time my first time there and that set the tone for the next visits. and yes, they do remember you.

All I wanted to do was sing an old finnegan NYB irish song for my american nephews and the miserable bartenders couldn't acomodate. Please give ireland back to the irish and revoke this pubs license.

i have never been in a bar with such arrogant and ignorant bar staff. what a sad excuse for an irish pub. the decor is right but that is where it ends. no atmosphere whatsoever.

this place has got to have the worst barteneders i have ever seen. they do not belong in a pub at all let alone an irish one.i belong to several irish societies and this place is not going to be on our list. the music is second rate at best. the singer was mumbling through the words of some of the most popular irish tunes ever written.

A traditional Irish pub with an extremely friendly staff! Plenty of tap and bottled beers to choose from. Buried deep in the back of Beach Place. If you are staying on the strip it is worth the walk past the other bars to hit this one! Traditional Irish music. Upbeat atmosphere. Great suds! How can you go wrong?!

the only irish pub on the fort lauderdale strip. a very good selection of imported draft beers.the food is good as is the nightly irish band.the only drawback are the prices and the parking situation($10 to park in garage).

Good selection of Irish and British beers, with some German and domestic thrown in. Traditional Irish pub decor, with traditional live music on occasion. Nice change from the typical beach bars found in the area. Highly recommended. Cannot be seen from the street, so find a place to park and walk in.
