This brewpub is now closed. Too bad because it was a cool place where I especially liked Emerald Pale and Tahoe Red after a day of snowboarding. Sacramento Brewing actually brews the beer you see bottled under the Lake Tahoe Brewing name.

Mmmm.... the Tahoe Red was Rcih and cramy off the taps. Better than the bottled version. IPA was also a good choice. Dinner specials are excellent and remind you of the meals Mom yused to make. Well worth a stop.

I’d give this place a 2 of 5. Overall not very impressive to say the least and the wait staff and clientele were less than friendly. I’ve also tried the Tahoe Red in bottles and was less than thrilled. The beer was full of off flavors signifying equipment issues. We tried two, Pale and Red, both were over hopped and out of balance.

after a hard day at Squaw, this is a great place to stop on your way back to the south shore. the beer sampler gave a good variety of different styles. Tahoe Red is the best and is what they are known for. The baby back ribs are awsome. bar downstairs and dining hall upstairs for better dining experience. overall a great place.

By far one of the worst beer pubs I have ever visited. It seems an obvious exampel of a hobby brewer with far too much money. Pretentious people that are full of themselves. Hopefully this hobby brewer will runout of money and save the public any further assult on their taste buds.
