Tim Herzog has taken his passion for good beer and produced some of the finest brews to be tried. Recommend the Aviator Ale or the Barley Wine (seasonal). The Flying Brewery is truly unique. If you're in the Western New York area, find a restaurant that serves a Flying Bison Brew and enjoy. If you happen to wander in one that doesn't, tell them they should and leave!!!

Stopped by a few weeks ago while in town, and was given a lot of personal time from the owner. He gave me several samples, including a Barleywine.
Great little brewery with some good people.

I finally stopped at the brewery in June of 2006. It's in the back of an old Factory in sort of a creepy part of town. Bill gave me the tour and sample everything. If you get to Buffalo, it's worth a stop.

This place was a real treat! Many interesting ales at thier sample counter, and they are more than happy to let you sample! A little tricky to find but well worth the search. Bottles and growlers to go at reasonable prices, and several cool point of sale items. I would highley suggest you get there soon to try thier seasonal barley wine "The Herc" awesome.

THESE FOLKS BREW SOME OF THE BEST BEER THAT I HAVE EVER TASTED. JUST TRY AND BE SATISFIED WITH ANY MASS PRODUCED BEER AFTER TASTING FLYING BISON'S BREWS.

I was recently at the St Mary's (Swormville)Okctoberfest (Beer supplieed by FBBC, Oktoberfest beer) and had a great time. Having lived in Bavaria for over 8 years I am very critical of American beers, and especially of micro breweries.
I have not had any of their products until this past Saturday, and can say FBBC has an outstanding fest bier, and would say it would stand proud to a Bavarian bier.
As a retired soldier, I have been all over the world and tasted a lot of different beers. I rate this at the top of my list.
Great job! I look forward to tasting some other of your products soon.

Drove past it before doubling back to find it. Great feeling, former supermarket with the brewery in the back. Expansion going on which is always great to see. 5 beers on tap, all very good, detailed tour and all questions answered by Tim Herzog who is quite passionate about beer and brewing. Don't miss this place if you want fresh beer brewed in Buffalo.

My wife, a native Buffalonian, brought me home a growler of dunkel from her last visit to her mother. Excellent stuff! So good that I'm looking for excuses to suggest a trip to the mother-in-laws so as to be able to procure some more!

Service at a packaging brewery? You gotta understand: Tim Herzog will bend over backwards to get an account serviced or make a customer happy. The best way he does that is by brewing his beers: I'm drinking the tail-end of a growler of his new Blackbird Oatmeal Stout right now, it's rippingly good stuff. If you're in Buffalo, find a pub with Flying Bison beer: if you find one that doesn't have it, ask the morons why they don't. Look for the blue propellor tap handles.

Only open for just over a year but with a great regular lineup of a Kolsh and an Irish Red and Seasonals, this looks like a keeper! Well worth seeking out a pub that serves their draft.
