To Whom it may concern:
My name is Bill Osborne and I have been a customer of Fox and Hound on Day Drive in Parma, Ohio. I have been a customer for the past 3 three years with my friends watching the football games. This past Sunday, September 14, 2003 we were all in there watching the game when I was approached by manager regarding my attire which I was wearing a disigner muscle shirt from Kaufmanns. The manager handed me a shirt which was a size double X ($1.98 Tee shirt). I am a 54 year old male, I am about 150 lbs,. and 5?3 inches tall, humm, who what that TEE SHIRT have fitted? A football player with that size tee shirt, it would have looked like a dress on me and I would have been the laughing stock of the bar. There is something wrong with your policy or the manager of the bar when you try to embarrass your paying customers! Bill Osborne

I hate lobster and pecans, and I don't know if I will ever go back to this place. The people were rude and inconsiderate.

Ten of us gathered there to drink beer and watch the Women's National Basketball Association Playoffs on August 20th. The playoffs were on the Oxygen channel and we asked if the staff could find the game for us. The manager was rude and told us that no one ever asked to watch women's sports and they didn't care if they didn't have access to those channels. Needless to say that is the LAST TIME I step foot in that establishment and I won't be spending my usual $100 on beer and food. Sorry and inconsiderate management.
