Mellow Mushroom has probably the second best beer selection on the island. They have about 20 beers on tap and another 50 or so in the bottle. The pizza is great and the service is good too. Go during Happy Hour for cheaper beer and $1 pizza slices. This place looks like Chuck E Cheese, but don't let that discourage you.

This is by far and away the best place to find good beer on the island. Like other reviewers, I thought the pizza was excellent and a traveling companion raved about the hoagies. Efficient, and friendly service. If you like a variety of good beers, and good pizza, this is the place to visit on Hilton Head.

Finally a place with a choice of good beer on HHI. Most places are rather "Lite" with their selections. The pizza was awesome as well.

Great Good Great Great Good
Finally a place where you can find a few good ales on the island. While the number of quality ales on draft doesn'ts compare to the ale houses of the midwest; it's pretty good for this neck of the woods. I was VERY pleased to find Rogue Dead Guy on draft. All in all, the best place to enjoy ales on the island. (Darn good pizza, too.)
