This is another of the extensions of the franchise born in Southern California. It epitomizes the corporate brewpub paricularly since it is totally surrounded by Apple Computer. Those two factors might put off beer fans but it shouldn't.They offered up seven house brews and three guest taps.Just happened to be there during Happy Hour(4-7pm).Had one pint each of the Piranha Pale Ale,Jeremiah Red & Tatoonka Stout with a couple deep dish mini pizzas and got enough change back from a twenty to give the bartender a good tip.He had enough business sense to let me know two minis was the better deal over a small pizza during Happy Hour. That's how you get repeat customers. The place jams after work and parking can be a chore but they do have "free" valet parking. For sports junkies they have four big screens making up one BIG screen behind the bar. Well worth the visit especially since the South Bays beer scene is slightly limited.Just don't go in there wearing a "Bill Gates Rocks" t-shirt.

I feel this place deserves a recent review. Yes, I know their beer isn't brewed on premises and it's a local "chain" but it was all good, clean beer with no off-flavors. I ordered a 7-beer sampler and the beers were all true to their style, I was quite suprised. I'm sure they could be picked apart by way more picky beer afficianados than myself, but all in all they are very good. I especially enjoyed the Pirahna Pale Ale. It's not too hoppy or bitter and has a nice citrus balance without being too heavy on the palette. (I'm a Pale Ale Freak!)Very smooth and drinkable. They also have a few local brews on tap as well. I have been there 3 times since visiting Cupertino in less than a week. Every time I went the service was great despite being very busy. Steve the bartender was knowledgeable about the beers, friendly and allowed us to sample whatever we wanted. Even though they were busy every time I feel we got good beer, good food and great service. Tonight I went with my classmates- one from Romania, 2 from Japan and 2 more from Indiana like myself. Everyone agreed that the food and beer were great. To my suprise the guys from Japan preferred the Hefeweizen. Our waitress tonight was very accomodating to our large group, half which didn't speak much English. The NY strip I ordered was very tender and juicy.
I was disappointed that the California ABC told them they could no longer sell growlers. Our waitress tonight was kind enough to give me one for my collection. She was great!
The only bad thing I can say about this place is that I see no need for valet parking at a brewpub. It's just silly in my opinion.
If you're in the area and looking for a brewpub with good food & beer check it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We had good service, the food was great and priced lower than I expected. I have to agree with the last post about the stout, it's not too good. The Red and the Pale are great. Great atmosphere. Fun place.

Everything except the service was OK, but nothing more. They hadn't been open too long when we went, so they may have ironed out the service issues by now.
