riendly, neighborhood bar/eatery in the heart of the Short North gallery strip. Homage to all things Betty, with cluttered, ultra kitchy theme. The long narrow space has a smallish bar area and crowded tables which can be offputting on busy nights. Very nice draft micro selection with 8-10 offerings rarely seen in Columbus, including Bell's & Stoudt's products. Kitchen can be overambitious, but the sandwiches, pastas, & diner fare are generally better than most pub grub. Recommended, space limitations and purposely god awful decor are overcome by friendly atmosphere & intersting beers.

Why go anywhere else in Columbus! This place has 14 excellent drafts with micros emphasized. It is the kind of place you can chill out at and feel welcome. The only negative aspect is its size. It fills up quickly and when people get in they stay there.
As for the food...it is phenomenal. A very eclectic menu to cover anyones taste. There is home-style, comfort food(but always with a quality, gourmet twist), asian dishes(get the spring rolls), and top-notch pub grub.
If this sounds like an advertisement it is because I respect someone who does things right. Great food, great beer, and a great atmosphere. I go everytime I am in Columbus.
