Good Lousy Great Great So So
8 beers on tap and 5 of them macro lagers? As a hop head, I only had bottled Hop Devil or Sierra Nevada Pale Ale to choose from. This isn't a beer bar, it's a neighborhood bar that sells beer. Good service, good people, great wings, but don'y go looking for great beer!

Everything about Murphys is perfect. They wont make you a martini but they will make an awesome cheesesteak. The wing special blows cause the cook is a knife-wielding maniac. Ever been frenched by a 300 pound man? Murphys is the biggest little bar in the world.

Billy Murphy is a blast and he's there 6 days a week yucking it up with everyone and giving out lots of free kisses to everyone who will take one. The food is great and the Wednesday Wing special is fantastic. It's a great place to start the night out at or to end the night. It's both a college bar drawing from Philadelphia University, LaSalle, Temple, and St. Joes, and it's a locals bar. Whomever you are it's a good time to be had by all.

This is a great philly tap room-good mix of locals and professionals all affable and welcoming. The owner Bill Murphy is a blast. This is a great place for hanging out with a crew and watching a game or two. Prices are great and food outstanding.
