Thank you thank you thank you! I won't be visiting this place when I come to Nebraska next month. Any 'brewery' listed that isnt really a brewery is a place to avoid for me.

DJ's is a good sports bar. Very standard fare and environment. But pubcrawler needs to remove this from searches for Brewpubs and Microbreweries - they don't brew their own or contract out their own beer. They are a beer bar only. When I request Brewpubs and Micros, this always seems to come up and I'd hate to mislead anyone looking for a brewpub in Nebraska.

I agree with the guy that said the wait staff have no brains. The girls all think they are hot, when it fact, they are nothing. Like I said in my last review, I only go in there b/c my friends want to go b/c they have good food specials, and then we head across the street to Club Patrick's, where they play good music. And plus Sunny works at DJ's, and she is a *itch.

I've been to DJ's Dugout on 114th and Dodge numerous times. I have always loved the drink selection and the food. And the service there used to be a lot better than it is now. For some reason the wait staff have really been lacking and I am not only talking about in the brains department. It just seems to take forever to get a bottle of beer. I really enjoy going to DJs for the games I just wish they would hire some better waittresses. The last time I went our waitress was slow and rude and to top it off I think she manages there sometimes too!! She has long dark hair so steer clear. But otherwise it is a great place to go to watch sports they can always get the games you want.

i visited dj's dugout for the 1st time tonight to catch the final four. a friend told me about the place and i was extremely impressed. i brought my husband and children with me and although packed, the service was speedy and friendly and the food was incredible. i love standard bar fare, but their menu is like nothing i've seen before. kudos!

the dugout is by far the premier sports bar in omaha. the food is better than any local bars and the staff is quick and hospitable. i love that these ex-employees like to slam the place because they're not welcome anymore!

Someone might want to inform Bob that DJ's has not had a taco salad on the menu for over 5 years. Furthermore, Darwin--THE OWNER!!, would never in a million years handle a customer in that manner. It sounds to me that this "Bob" has nothing better to do with his time! Get a life you big "BOOB"

They served us a rancid taco salad. We complained and were told not to come back to the restaurant.
Darwin -- the manager -- was the culprit. I only write this because I want people to avoid a bad experience.
The webmasters can delete this bar like they did before, and then bring it back in March 2005, but it doesn't matter. This place is bad and they are rude to customers.

Unless something changed, DJ's is not a brewpub or brewery. They are just a bar and grill. If you're in Omaha and need a bite to eat, they have decent food and good lunch specials on Mondays and Tuesdays - lots of TVs too if you need somewhere to watch a game.
