Just wanted to comment on my recent experience at your location, which was truly surprising and happened to be one of my favorite places to dine. Don't know if you have new management and/or a new cook, but the food this time was truly terrible. I ordered a medium cheese burger and it was so overcooked it tasted like sawdust. In addition, the fries tasted like they had been cooked and then re-heated. Don't know if I'm willing to spend my hard earned money at your establishment in the future.

This review is for the new Cleveland Ale House, that I understand has the same owners. What a disappointment! We decided to take a seat in the seat yourself bar section only to sit for 5-10 minutes wating for a menu and a drink order. This was not a busy time as it was 5:15 pm, hardly prime time. Finally the waitress came and ask for our order, and we promptly told her we had no menus. She ask us to go ahead and give us our drink order. Hello! We are in an ale house and she wants us to give her our drink order without a clue on what the beer selection is. She did mention that Bud and Bud Light were the specials tonight. HELLO!!!!!!! This is an ALE house. I guess our disgust wasn't evident to this ditz, because we all ordered cokes, because we had no idea what we had to select from without a menu. We ordered wings as an appetizer. I can get 5 times better wings across the street at the Club House. The waitress we had was more interested in telling fellow waitresses about her new hair do than waiting on us. The food was mediocre at best. I had the Reuben, my wife had the Crab Cake sandwich, and my son had the Chicago burger. Mediocre is being kind. The last straw was after we finished, and the waitress ask us if we needed a coke refill, my son said yes and I passed. She then ask if we were ready for the bill, and we said yes. My son never got his Coke refill, and the waitress flipped the bill on the table edge as she passed by, as if she had better places to be. Frankly I have had a lot better service at a Waffle House, and that's why there was no tip, which is a first for this family. This is a sad situation, because this area needs a quality restaraunt, and this isn't it.
