The beer selection is great, focusing on microbrews that are off the beaten track for NJ. Breweries like Troegs, Stoudt's, etc are available in stores in South Jersey if you look hard, but this is the only place that I've seen them on tap. The selection rotates frequently as well. Tuesday nights are brewery promotions where one brewery is promoted. I was there on Victory night, and they had 4 different Victory brews on tap, and the Victory rep was there, and there were giveaways. A fun time! Food is terrific; it's not the cheapest, but it's really good. I don't think it's all that overpriced....just because it's in Mt. Holly, does that mean it needs to serve cheap crap? I don't think so. It has burgers on the menu but not much else on the cheap side, so don't go there expecting a reuben or wrap sandwiches. The owner is very knowledgeable on the beer scene and will gladly have a discussion with you about it. If you like good beer, this is easily your best bet anywhere in this general area of New Jersey.

This place is WAY overpriced for Mt. Holly, I got the bill for over $90 and my wife and I only got entres and a few beers- where the heck did $90 come from?, no appetizers or even dessert! Plus I thought the owner was really overboard w/ her incessant checking up on us. The reviewer "Mt. Holly" is probably the owner- who knows exactly the types of craft beers a place has that well?
Probably wouldn't go back for dinner again, just the decent beer selection.

The food was over priced(the restaurant is in Mt. Holly), over cooked, and old. The bartender was rude and didn't know how to make my requested drink. I will never go back again.

What a great place! Outgoing, knowledgeable owners & staff, plus a mix of friendly clientel make this the place to be. Excellent beer selection, gifted bartenders, fab music,(not your everyday, run of the mill crap)varied menu selection, superb food, good prices, cozy atmosphere. After the 3rd visit, "everybody knows your name". From what I can see, lots of fun promotions, very community & charity oriented people. What more can I say??? My new place.

My new favorite place!! Only open for several months so far, but the food is excellent, the service is attentive and knowledgeable, and the beer is awesome. Last Friday I went with a friend and there was a great blues duo playing in the cozy, wood- and brick-walled bar area. The beers on tap, which the bartender told me change about each month or so, included Rogue Dead Guy Ale from Oregon, River Horse Special Ale from Lambertville, NJ, Allagash White from Maine, and a few others I can't recall offhand. Overall, a nice mix of East and West breweries represented, with a few hard to find (for NJ!!) beers in bottles, like Chimay Red, Ayinger Ur-Weisse, Smuttynose Robust Porter, and others. Far more good quality brews on hand than domestic swill, to be sure! It's hard to find a place around here that doesn't even serve Coors Light, so I for one am thrilled that they are here!
