The beer selection is a little unimaginative, except a seasonal Dubbel. The quality isn't bad though. I've eaten there twice and the food was outstanding both times. The Bacon-Wrapped Jalopeno Shrimp are a must!

I stopped in here late at night to sample the beer. The Hefeweizen is very enjoyable with a hint of fruity flavor. The stout was one of the best for my taste. Not bitter, with a strong coffee taste - superb!

I visited twice while in Omaha on business, going back for a third time with clients. The beer is excellent, my favorite being the HF Bock although the Pale Ale is also good. The Hefe has a pronounced clove aroma but little clove taste, finishing cleanly. The food is truly excellent. The beer cheese spaghetti and meatballs is a wierd cross between traditional spaghetti and macaroni and chees but is very tasty. The Delmonico Ribeye is perfect, flavorful, nice cut and huge (16 oz). The service and atmosphere upstairs (smoking) is great. The bartender Joe put the Tigers game on all of the flat screens when he heard I was from Detroit. The service downstairs was not very good. A young waiter screwed up the order, was slow to refill our drinks and rattled on forever about his favorite drinks and dishes which encompassed the entire menu.... Go upstairs.

Just passing through Omaha and stopped to taste. Very nice beers: a terrific stout, smooth and roasted just the way I like it; a buttery Belgian seasonal; the wheat was very light and non-descript, but I suspect they use it to introduce Bud-drinkers to better beers. Ended up taking a growler of their pale ale on the road with us! Very friendly staff and patrons. I was given a nice tour of the brewing facilities - ingeniously arranged to fit their available spaces. I'll stop again next time through town.

With numerous visits to the Canyon, my wife and only validate more that it is one of our favorite sites. Great food, beer and service have prompted referals of friends to visit the Pub with Great reviews from them as well.

This place is still getting established. If you ask the staff about what beer selections they have, don't be suprised if they don't know. There is no notice of what seasonals are offered. However, the food is good. The onion rings are big and dramatic. They also have a stout float! Venture upstairs for the real brewpub scene. The beer is good. I had the seasonal beer, the Kaisser which is excellent and served in a big glass.
