I'll echo the prior comments; the owners of this establishment are to be lauded for opening such a class operation in the pub void of SE Aurora. The food is excellent and on a recent return visit, I was glad to see theat Boddington's had returned to the beer offerings. May they prosper.

Probably the best tavern in Aurora since Sheabeen's in its prime. Excellent taste in music, friendly staff, good prices, decent food. Situated in a strip mall unfortunately, but they make the best of it. Beer selection is interesting if not expansive. Now if only they brewed their own beer and got more comfortable chairs, they'd be up there with the Bull & Bush and Pint's, the two best pubs in all of Denver. A gem in the bleak suburban wasteland that is Aurora.

The best pub in Aurora by far. The best things about it are the no smoking policy and the beer selection.

Very comfortable atmosphere right when you walk in. Great food, Great service, and Great prices. Overall great experiences at the Royal Hilltop!
The Royal Hilltop was the first of its kind in southeast Aurora. It opened over three years ago to great popularity. It's a British Pub know for its great fish n' chips and great selection of imports (at least ten on tap). Original because it's a mom n' pop popular with the locals, not a chain. Very unique imports such as Carlsberg, Murphy's Stout, Belhaven Scottish, Young's St. George's Ale, you get the idea. Also innovative because it was the first non-smoking pub in the area and remains that way still. Should not be missed by beer lovers!!
