Be sure to see if they still have any microbrew beer left. They have stopped brewing here and are trying to sell their equipment. Great place for food and nice waterfront view, but vats are drying up!

Copper Cavern is actually a "redesign" of the Southend Brewery at this location - different decor, different name -BUT THE SAME BEERS AND PEOPLE!!! A great selection of beers, friendly folks, can't comment on the food, but there is a good selection of "pub foods".

ERIC THE BREWMASTER IS FRIENDLY AND SKILLFULL. HE HAS BEEN MAKING SEVERAL SPECIALTY SEASONALS THAT WERE ALL CLEAN & SMOOTH. CURRENTLY HAS A BELIGIAN WHIT THAT APPEARED TRUE TO STYLE. WORTH THE TRIP IF YOU ENJOY MICROBREWS. THEY HAVE THE STANDARDS LIGHT/BLONDES/STOUT/IPAS
