Server (1 for 17 customers/diners) took orders from all the customers/diners as they were seated and he put the orders in, it seemed, to the bar/kitchen AFTER taking all orders from all customers/delivering checks.) There was a 20 minute wait to place the order for the appetizer;the "hot" appetizer was tasteless and cold. After another wait of 35 mins. we received the entrees -- but the entree orders were "reversed" and served with the incorrect side orders. The "service" was horrible, the attitude was horrible, and the manager was unresponsive and unwilling to even talk to us. With so many restaurants/bars nearby we concluded that we wasted time and money at Chadwick's; we won't be going back.
