Want a place with great food and a friendly atmosphere?? This is it! The food was great (and reasonable) and the selection of draft and bottle beer was fantastic. A "must visit" for any pub fan traveling to Bangor .... the staff will make you feel right at home!

Their fish and chips is excellent. The selection is not large, but choice, especially the various Maine brews. I never went there when I lived in Maine, but finally went when we visited my parents over Christmas

It's been a little while... but if you like beer and a pretty cozy atmosphere, this is a great place. Good luck trying to find it! (In the heart of downtown). When it's not busy, it's a good date place. Food is good
