mojo has taken a good bar and ruined it! andy the owner is a real p.o.s. and thinks he's the sh#t but him and his staff are a bunch of low class wanna-bes.flat beer and sucky food,,,, i wouldnt serve to my dog. on a more positive note the flaming dragon tattoo studio located up on the 2cd floor kicks major ass!!! the head tattoo guy billy blades is a true master and a real character. very talented and friendly. a real jem.

Had to post a review. We used to stop here almost every month for our "night out". We hadn't been in well over a year, and what the hell happened. Rude, Nasty bartender, terrible service. Bartender couldn't keep up with the crowd, ordered food, never got it. Don't even bother with The Mojo.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TATTOO??????? We enjoyed ourselves so much on our last visit to Baltimore in 2001, we made our first stop the Tattoo, only to find that it is now "The Mojo"??? Terrible service, rude bartenders, food way bad. Chili was an absolute disaster. Hey Tattoo owners, COME BACK!!!!

This establishment changed hands around Oct. 2002, so when you're reading comments note the date. The Tattoo is small, too small for live music. The sound system sucks! No Food. No Parking. No Fun. If you're band plays here-NO PAY!!!

I enjoyed attending a concert at The Tattoo four days ago. Looks like a neighborhood bar on the outside; looks like a dive on the inside, but that's not necessarily bad. Guinness was on tap, and Yards IPA was supposed to be, but snow prevented delivery. I noticed Sierra Nevada and Newcastle Brown Ale in bottles. Sitting at the bar, service was fine. My friends thought the nachos and fries were OK. It's better than the average a place I'd go to see a band I like.

Do not even think about going to this bar- it really sucks! The owner and bartenders are extremely rude and unprofessional. They definitely don't know how to treat customers.

The Tattoo is under new ownership now. It's much nicer than it used to be. Good selection of beers, perfect Guinness, good bands, a lounge upstairs, pooltable. This place rocks!

Neat place for a night out! Hard to find somewhere in "nowhere", to go out that we don't have to deal with too many kids and lots of hassle. Great band the night we visited. Try a Stella Artois, we did!

Yep it is seedy and I love it. Old Rick will dig you out some beers you aren't used to seeing, just ask. Although he can come off rude he is a great guy and loves his beers and blues. Not in a great area but worth the risk.

Does anyone remember Fells Point before it became a tourist destination? This is truly a Baltimore original. No pretentions. Good food, astounding beer selection, friendly crowd, and good local bands. We enjoyed ourselves at Cafe Tattoo.

The selection of beer was ok. Not the nicest place to go for a night out. Location not too ideal either. They won't let you go upstairs for a tattoo if you've been drinking. Good thing. Still, the place is good for music and has some potential. The bar is for sale. Owners heading to Florida

Welcome to Baltimore, Hon!
Superb Chili and an excellent selection of Micros, focusing on MD. Also includes Belgians, German and UK bottled beers.
The staff is 'pleasantly surly'; lots of character. And, they dig the B'more music scene and constantly showcase local talent cheaply. You can't beat going to see cool bands and drink good beer cheaply!
