This is a remnant of Philadelphia's first restaurant renaissance in from the 70's. It's one of the only ones left and for good reason! The food is excellent. It's romantic and down-to-earth. Decent real beer selection available, too!

This may not be the place to go in Philly for that special beer, but the food is outstanding, the service is just as good, and it is a wonderful place to take a date. My fiancee never objects to returning to this romantic restaurant.
