Myself and a couple of friends visited Colonel Brooks a couple of weeks ago. We hadn't seen each other for ages so after a meal, we decided to make a night of it.
After four tequilas and two beers each, we independently came to the conclusion that we weren't drunk in the slightest. I wouldn't say they were watering the drinks, but after spending over $130 in there, we walked out sober.
We complained to the management but they just denied it - they didn't even care that we weren't happy.
Also the service is terrible. We won't be returning.

I take salesmen here a lot for lunch and the staff usually has my drink and the best cup of chili in the area on my table minutes after I sit down. The addition of Island Jim's is great, as well.
