Best lager I've ever had! Wish they would sell growlers though.
We invite you to stop by and meet the people who make the beer. You can even sample our products! Tours are given every Saturday at 1:00 pm. We hope to see you real soon! Sorry, no children or adults under 21 years of age.

These boys make some tasty stuff! No hype, just good ale! I have bought kegs from the brewery in the past - always fresh and convenient. Try one at a local bar

Without a doubt, these boys brew the best beers in the Triangle area and possibly N.C. All varieties are full bodied, with a good hopps taste that shows through nicely in the final product. A bit stronger than some others, but not too overpowering at all, making for a great finished flavor. The nose is pleasant and varies from citrus to florals depending on the different styles . Their seasonal beers are very good and make you eager for the next seasonal, but sorry to see the current one go (available in bottles only at the brewery while supplies last, available on draught at the triangle's better bars and pubs). They offer a tour every Saturday at 1:00 p.m. which is both very educational and entertaining. Overall, these are great guys that run a top notch outfit. It is highly recommended to stop by the brewery for the tour and a few beers, or order up a Pale Ale, Viena Style Lager, Nut Brown Ale, or any of their excellent seasonal beers with dinner your next evening out on the town in the Triangle area.

Year round beers are great but the SEASONALS are some of my favorites. The current " Octoberfest " is awesome.

The people running this place are great fun. The tour was of course informative and fun, but the beautiful part is self-serve beer before, during, and after the tour. Pour your own of any of the current stock (I recommend all their brews but especially the Nut Brown and Pale Ales, and the Spring Bock when in season) and chat with the genuinely nice folks who brew it. I hope to return to the brewery on my next jaunt through the Triangle, as it's really not far from Durham at all.

The summer seasonal, Summer Wheat, has an unbelievably fresh hop aroma and taste. Get it while you can, this is one of the finest American Wheat beers on the market.

I just moved to Utah and miss these guys so much -- I brought a case of the nut brown with me and several people in Utah have admired the rich flavor--

CBC produces the best beer in central NC. Their Pale Ale is appropriately bitter and has a wonderful hop flavor and aroma. The Nut Brown Ale is a delightfully nutty, roasty beer with medium body and flavor. The cask-conditioned ale is worth seeking out at Fox and Hound in Cary, or TS Eliots in Raleigh.
The pale and nut brown are now available in bottles at most grocery stores. I'd highly recommend all their products.

The folks at CBC are extremely friendly, which you can see for yourself at their weekly tour. It happens every Saturday at (I think) 1:00, and you serve yourself all the beer you want from the taps. CBC also does a cask-conditioned version of its pale ale, which you can find at a few pubs in the Triangle area of N.C.

I attended a tour of the Brewery recently (Saturdays at 1:00 PM). Very informative. Two awesome beers on tap - light and nut brown. All you can drink for free. There are glasses and T-shirts for sale with cool logo's. Recommended for a Saturday afternoon outing.
