The beer was surprisingly good. Considering that the place is inside of the King's Dominion theme park that is saying something. The "hopped" Amelia Ale was like a Sam Adams Ale with extra hops. The Porter had a roasty smooth taste. They had other brews that were geared to the mass market. Too bad, most of the people there had either Bud Lights or worse, Coronas. The guy behind the counter could have been working at a 7/11, he knew nothing about the beer. He wasn't sure where it was brewed (with the tanks behind him) Basically a fast food sandwich joint that brews some beer. At least there is something to look forward to when you have to spend the day there with the kids. Have a few pints then go ride the "Hurler" roller coaster.
