I had the Cabot St. Wheat and the Oktoberfest. The Cabot is seriously one of the best styles of Hefe Weizens that I've ever had the pleasure of tasting.

Paper City brews are definitely a must try. I myself prefer the stout, and cask conditioned if it's available. I haven't found a stout anywhere that can compare. Maybe I'm partial because I grew up in the city, maybe because I've lent a hand more than once during bottling. Maybe it's just because I can have a taste anytime I want. I've moved away from Holyoke a few years ago and have to visit a different brewery now on a regular basis but, whenever I take a trip home, the Brewery, or Stoney's Pub in S. Hadley Falls, is on my list of things to do. Stoney's offers all the current brews on tap and fresh as you can get them. If you're ever in my new home town, Tampa, Fl, pay a visit to the Tampa Bay Brewery. Great beer, great food, and really good people. Perhaps you'll even find me there enjoying a cask conditioned stout. Bob, Tampa, Fl

I took the tour, and had a couple of samples of newer Paper City brews I hadn't tried yet. If you can find their stout and their bock beer in your area, they are well worth trying!

The products are consistent but way too sweet for the experienced microbrew fan. The brewers should consider that most of us enjoy hoppy and/or bitter as opposed to sweet. You guy's have the right idea, now bring it to the fore....
