They have a brewing supply store that has a very good selection of supplies & ingredients. Very satisfied with their goods & service.

Their hours may suck, but it's well worth getting up early on Saturday, have a few, and make the 3 pm last call. All the beers are distinctive and growlers a very reasonably priced.

For the hop-head, the Harvest Pale Ale is a must (actually an IPA, but the brewery was stuck w/ "pale ale" on the labels which were printed before the first batch was produced). Centenial & cascade hops balance out a rich, malty flavored ale that whops a 6.2%v alcohol punch. Only available at the brewery (currently, 7/99). An excellent IPA.

A nice place to stop while rolling through Pasco. Just make sure you do it on a weekday when they are open. I especially enjoyed the stout and the red.

Nice selection of ales. Their Kolsch is excellent. They have a new Alt that is very good too. I would like to see them make a porter.
