They've got a delicious IPA, and there Chicken cordon bleu sandwich was one of the best I've had. They've also got a fantastic Chocolate Dunkel. Definitely recommended.

I feel it more appropriate to rate an establishment based on merit and not give a bad rating because the place wanted to close down at it's normal closing time so it's employees could go home after a long day of probably dealing with obnoxious customers. Just because a customer is eating, drinking and tipping, this does not give them the right to think the establishment owes it to them to stay open as long as they want to hang out.

Maybe because the food is so decadent, they feel they can skip on the basic elements of service, or maybe the staff is genuinely ITCHING to leave everyday... I don't know. What I do know is, the Seared Ahi appetizer, clearly is one of the biggest reasons why this place is alive and pouring. The beers are rich and frosty, and recently, heavy weight cocktails were added to the mix. The atmosphere is roomy and we love the open air market style seating of this wonderfully non-smoking little nook. Another plus, is the beautiful, hardwood bowling lane tables. It is a great place to grab supper, stretch out, (No crowded elbows here) and enjoy even a few houses of dominoes... Moderately priced. A great place to start out when enjoying Spokane nightlife.

This pub is a destination pub. Being just off the beaten path you have to know where it is. That being said you would think the beer was the nectar of the gods. However the beer was voted as being to very good by our party of over 20 people. The food considering the price wasn't that great either. We were at a going away party at the pub and were forced to leave early because the employees wanted to get out themselves(By their own admission). Our crew was buying and tipping but we were still booted at 11pm. I won't recomend this pub to anyone! If you do show up go early so you don't get shuffled off before you finish your pint. How good is the place if the crew can't wait to go to another pub!

Tried all 9 of the Northern Lights Breewery Beers that they had on tap on 1/21/2003. All of Mark Irvin's (head Brewmaster) beer were very well made and none were watery as you can find at other places I have been to. Hops is the real name of the game here. Their Winter Ale and Dry Hopped Seasonal Ale was excellent, and I have tried 20 or so seasonal so far. Their IPA and Pale Ale were also hopped just right. Will be back soon.

This place no longers exists as Bayou. It is now Northern Lights Brewery, though still at the same location. Great beer, great food and great service! Seating is available inside (bar, restaurant and billiard room) or outside on the patio overlooking the river. We had the porter and ESB, both were outstanding. Staff was friendly and well-informed!

I love the Bayou Brewing Company. The whole restaurant is a great concept. The cajun feel is intoxicating. I only wish that they would have gone the extra mile and created an entire riverwalk, since it is on the river.

What a fantastic location! If you're into the whole cajun scene this is the place to be. As for the beer, darker is better. The porter was great!

This is a hop free zone. Darker is better. Food is outstanding. Do what you do best.
