Ross is making some very quality beer in a rather unconventional setting. If you are lucky enough to run across some of his craft be sure not to miss it. The Red Back IPA is amazing!

Good quality beer is what is important. If the beer is good then the food is good. If the beer is bad then the food is bad. Your beers make all food good...even brussel sprouts!!!

Current brews include: Point the Bone - this is a seasonal brew 'pointed' at the Halloween holiday...limited availability. Jabberwocky Ale - is an English strong ale and is available year-round... this is a carefully crafted brew in a small 7 barrel system. Attention to detail is this brew's claim to fame.
