First, and most importantly, the beer is always awesome. My favorite is their Devil's Back Stout. It won the Silver at GABF a few years back and deservedly so. 6.0 to 7.5 in alc. content. Not for the light of heart. We bring the family here often and the staff is always very patient with us.

I have been there Many times and never disapointed. Each month a new brew is tapped and shared with the mug club. Very enjoyable

Stopped by recently to try out the Brewmaster's specialty - The Anvil. A wonderful concoction; good finish and strong hop presence. Think the alcohol content is around 8 so limit your consumption...and it's limited, too. After the initial few kegs are gone, that's it. If you get there and the Anvil is gone, you shouldn't be disappointed...they've got Buffalo Gold, Singletrack Ales and a great Porter, too. Although I didn't order from the menu on this trip, I know the kitchen does a superb job. A class operation.

A nice crowd for 5:00pm on Tuesday. I sat at the bar and had a sampler. The beers all seemed to be to style, no major faults. Buffalo Gold was the hoppiest. Maibock had a lightly earthy flavor, alcohol did not dominate this beer even though the board indicated it was 6.8%. Friendly and efficent waitstaff. I had the Thai Pizza, interesting. Its located just off south I-25 in a MEGA, brand new, biggest I've seen, shopping area.

Very assertive, big beers. If you're looking for nuveau cuisine, and a Miller Lite clone, then this isn't the place. If you want a big IPA, a cheeseburger and perhaps a cigar at the end, then you're home.
