Could there be a more glaring example of cheesy marketing of a trend that just doesn't get it? This chain comes as close to being the Dennys of brew pubs as it gets. Never again.

Anonymous, pre-fab, corporate hospitality in every way. Attracts a glossy, cute crowd, which appeals to many of us at some point in our lives. Spacious, efficient, almost-sanely priced, and close to lots of things, but no beer lover's paradise.

Nice place I sat at the Bar and the bartender was very informed on the beer he served. The Seasonal beer was very good, malty and warming. The others I tasted were very good also.

I would give this location the worst rating of any of the six GBs I have been to. Not for the beer, it is the same as the others. But being inside the mall, and the bar being the somewhat open to the mall, it had more of a food-court feeling. I have had good entrees at other GBs, but the sandwiches here were very ordinary.

Beer and Food were outstanding the service was great. Our waiter was so full of life and joked around with everyone. The food was served fast and ht. The beer is to die for. I would attend this resturant again.

We went as guests of friend. Food was served buffet style and absolutely DELICIOUS-the appetizers were to die for-crab cakes for one were absolutely sinful. I'm not a beer drinker, but my husband is and he really liked the selections. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

Gordon Biersch is a great place to stop by for lunch when shopping. However, the selection of beer and bar quality food is not enough to draw me there over other establishments. Because it is a restaurant the service is great, but the wait staff knows little about the beer or brewing process. I suggest enjoying a six pack of their beer in the comfort of your own home.

This was a HORRIABLE place to eat - the service was the worst. Our waitress ignorned us and served other tables that came in after us before we got our food. We waited 50 mintues for an appetizer, she promised bread but never brought it, 1 1/2 hours for our meal - then she just dropped off the check and ran. it was pretty obvious that she had forgotten to put in our food and was scared to come back. she was rude and the food was disgusting.

The filet eggs benedict or the garlic fries make this place worth stopping, but only if you're already at the Pacific Place mall. For their beer, forget it! Do yourself a favor and head south a couple of blocks to the Rock Bottom Brewery.

this place is inside a huge galleria/mall downtown. Only six or seven beer options--tiny by Seattle standards. Quality was nothing special.

I can understand slamming this place: it's a little pricey and the beer isn't outstanding. However, the food is pretty good and I've always had good service. The beer is certainly adequate, if not truly adventurous. Located on the upper level of the Pacific Place Mall on Pike St.

Crappy, corporate beer. I got the taster. One was Budweiser, one was Killian's Red. You get my point. The sheep (lemmings?) will go there anyway. Palatable food. There's really no reason to go there when there are so many other pubs around with GOOD beer and GREAT food.

A far cry from the original Gordon Biersch in Palo Alto, CA!
