Going to Champps was the worst non-dining experience i have ever had. We asked to be seated in smoking so as we were led over to the bar area, one of the barmaids told the hostess not to seat anyone else in her area. I didn't know this until we got in the car. The barmaid brought us our drinks but said she wasn't our waitress. We asked 3 times for a waitress - ignored all three times. I finally asked for the manager who came over as we were waiting to pay for our drinks and leave. she made no apologies, but asked us to stay. Yeah FREAKING right. don't waste your time! you can watch the game at home and heat up some frozen TGIFridays appetizers. At least you know the service will be better! Champps sucked the fatty nut!

Awesome service...server was unique and professional...will visit often and ask for her by name, Jessica....cute,short hair....very attentive. We were in town for the West Virginia game and she was outstanding...the food was delicious and we recommend yall to anyone. Keep up the good job!

My daughter and I are from Elmira, NY and we visited my brother in Charlotte, NC last week. He took us to Champps on East Woodlawn Road for lunch. I was very impressed. I ordered the French Onion soup- the best I have had in ages. The Cobb Salad was outstanding as was the "Messy Sundae" The service- our waiter was a young man named Wesley Alan and he was polite, fast, and efficient. I had never been to a Champps before but I will certainly look for another in my travels. Great great place to eat with wonderful service.

Huge restaurant/bar. Lots of action. Excellent, friendly staff. Great place for drinks and enjoying an evening. A must stop when in Charlotte.
