Great food. Beer is great too, but the Marzen (with an umlaut, which I don't know how to type) is all I ever get so I don't know about the others. Selection not really so hot for a place like this. Service has been excellent the few times I've been in. Just "Good" overall for me though, because it's a little too corporate for my tastes.

I went back a couple of days later and found a completely new crew working. Mid-day on Sunday was quiet with perhaps 20% of the tables full. Sean, the bartender, was working the high-top tables in the bar as well as being the beertender in chief. Very attentive. Even made suggestions on what to have (and not have) for lunch. Even spoke for a minute or two about his home in Ireland. I think the first visit was just a bad day.

I dropped by at 3:45 PM on a Friday. It took the bartender 7 minutes to notice me, and then another 5 minutes to pour the beer. Granted, it was December 21st, and there were several parties in progress, but that's their problem, not mine. I had to ask for a menu - twice. There is no excuse for short staffing, especially when the manager knows, or should know, that it will be a busy shift. On the positive side, the sushi rolls were super. I plan to drop by again on a different day of the week to see if this was a one-time glitch or the way that this GB store operates.
