The IPA was quite good but I am not impressed with the food since it became the Rockfish Grill. Just standard deep fry processed crud. When I go to a brewpub, I want a great original meal to pair with the ales.

Well I am drunk most of the time so I really don't know if the food or beer is that good. The chicks who work at the Rock are dogs... but they get really hot around 1:30.

Awesome! Great Awesome! Great Great
The Rockfish Grill has a great menu featuring a Northwest theme with lots of local imgredients: steak, seafood, pizzas made in a woodfired brick oven and desserts made by local purveyors. They pour an excellent line of Anacortes ales and lagers, the latter being conditioned in a specially designed cold room, all brewed on the premises at the Anacortes brewery. The Rockfish has live music on Saturdays featuring blues, jazz, even bluegrass. Hip decor wih lots of interesting art on the walls and a bar that dates back to the turn of the century. They're in the "olde towne" section of Anacortes at the corner of 4th and Commercial near the docks.
