They had three beers that they brewed. Golden, Light, and Blueberry. They all were pretty blah. Didn't get a chance to try their food. As a Growler collecter, this was the first time I ever walked out with out one. They're supposed to have an IPA soon, will try to make it in for a try of that.

One our driving trip to northern Michigan lucked out and found this place right across from the car ferry dock (at least within walking distance). The plan was to catch an early lunch and take the car ferry over to Ludington Michigan. We are very glad we found it. It is somewhat upscale, but that is okay by me. I had either a stout or a porter and my husband had an IPA. Both were good enough that we bought a growler to take on the boat. Pretty building, good meal, very attentive staff. We will go back this summer.

A small, nice place. Trying a little up-scale ways. Still reasonable with very good food. As always, all the beers were tried. All were good. Friendly staff.

This is definitely an upscale place. Sampler consisted of 5 beers, all relatively light and somewhat grassy. Located down the street from an A-B malt house which is a cool towering facility. Neat breweriana inside.

Thank goodness the stench from the Budweiser plant located behind this establishment did not permeate the walls. I had the beer sampler (as always) and found their beers delicious and true to style. I prefer a few hoppier selections on the menu, but variety is the spice of life. Awesome gyro and homemade potato chips. Yes, this place is a bit polished for my taste, but a great place to stop in for a quick lunch.

Beer was good, but could have been more robust. The service was great, along with the food.

We stopped in for lunch here on 5/21, after a round of disc golf and before getting on the car ferry. We sat at the bar and were pleased with the service we received from the female bartender. The food was a little bit above average - I do recommend the seafood chowder. Unfortunately, the beer was the least enjoyable part of the visit. I had the sampler. Each beer tasted like it was attempting the style, just didn't deliver the final punch.

Extremely disappointing. Tried 3 different beers and only the Red was halfway decent. Seemed to be a very fancy high-class place for snobs where they are more interested in serving wine and asking if you want your coat hung up. If you are not dressed "right", you have to sit in the small bar area. Menu is very expensive. Small display of Rahr and Bisel beer items was overshadowed by wine crap in the same display case. My advice: don't waste your time going here, either go to the Green Bay micros or wait a few weeks for the new one in Sheboygan to open.

11/14 very professional, attentive female bartender(noon) One of the best! Re: oriental chicken salad: drop the artichokes, concentrate on the tomato and orange, add some nuts and get some honey into the dressing. It should be slightly sweet. I have them a lot and everywhere. Beautiful establishment. Everyone was very nice.

As a guy who's been to this place on many occasions, I have many comments, some good, some bad. First of all, this place would be a lot more comfortable if the employees didn't have big long poles up their a**es (at least some of them). And for heaven's sake, it's a brewpub, but you've got to make reservations almost a week in advance, and then the place isn't even all that full when you get there??? The beer is sub-par... some of the German brews are fairly good, including the helles, but then they've got a dubbelbock, which is subsequently described as a dark pilsner???? These are three different kinds of beer!!! So which is it: dubbel, dopplebock, or pilsner? By tasting it, I couldn't even tell for sure! The food is this place's saving grace, it is fantastic. The turtle cheesecake is to die for! The atmosphere is very nice, newly remodeled. Altogether, though, I'll admit that I don't care to come here too often, even if it's only 12 miles from my house. This is not the brewpub that I had hoped and prayed for (the next closest brewpub is 40 miles away).

Very nice, new, clean place. I tried the Extra Ale, DoubleBock, and Stout. All we OK. They need to offer a few more beers, maybe a seasonal would help. Ordered chicken fingers for a snack. It came with some really greasy, bad tasting fries. By the looks of everyone else's food, I am sure the food is OK. They offer a very wide menu. Only downside, the bartender. He had absolutely no personality and I had to get his attention everytime I needed service, even though I was there during a very slow time early on a Saturday afternoon. Worth a visit.

NEW PLACE THAT OPENED IN SEPT 01. RIGHT ACROSS STREET FORM COURT HOUSE AND JAIL DOWNTOWN. VERY CUTE COURT RELATED THEMES FOR EXAMPLE OUR DOGGIE BAG WAS LABELLED "EVIDENCE".
THERE WERE 5 BEERS ON TAP AND THEY INCLUDE A BLACK AND TAN USING GUINESS AND THEIR HELLES. THE DOUBLE BOCK AND THE HELLES WERE GOOD, THE OTHERS AVERAGE OR LESS.
FOOD WAS EXCELLENT-TRY THE SEAFOOD SOUP.
