good thing this place burned down in may of 2009! what a dump and the owner, Elvis, is a joke and gives real Elvis tribute artists a bad name! what a loser!!

I found the owner, Elvis Presley, and his wife to be friendly on both of my visits, spread over about a years' time. Elvis (his real name) is also quite a vintage music equipment fan, and we had a great conversation about old tube amplifiers, which he also services.
Interesting place to have a cold one and enjoy some conversation. NOT a rowdy, wild place, if you want that, go elsewhere. DON'T say the "F" word in this bar.

It does not hold Wisconsin license number 1 and it is historical as a rooming house (former whorenouse) not because it is a tavern. The owner is scary and they are not even open full time. I need not say more.

This place is terrible. The owner's/bartendar's are the biggest jerks. I've heard a lot of people in this town don't even like them. I mean, his name is Elvis Presily. Need I say more?

This place holds Wisconsin liquor license number 1, and is on the list of historical places. Lots of old breweriana, especially Leinenkugel artifacts. Run by Elvis Presley(yes,his real name).
