This is a classic college dive bar with a great beer selection. I visited during a school break around five in the afternoon so there were maybe six regulars and one bartender. I suspect this place hops on Friday and Saturday nights. The beer choices make it a worthwhile stop anytime.

This, despite its ugly exterior, is a This is a Chapel Hill staple. Everyone should go to Bub's. There are tons of beers on tap, lots of fun games to play, and just the whole Carolina atmosphere! Go Heels!!!!!!!!!! Great bar!!!!!

What can I say about Bub's other than it's a beer lover's paradise. They have 30 beers on tap and over 100 different bottles. It's also a great sports bar with darts, pool, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and pinball... not to mention some 80's video games. It's a great place to hang out and enjoy different beers. Thums up.
