Was tipped off to this place by the folks at Custom Brewcrafters as they make two beers for the restaurant. That's why I went, so don't sask me about the sushi--I was told by more than one person that it was the best they had ever had. CB makes a wasabi beer for them as well as a plum beer. Had a taste of both, and was pleasantly surprised. The wasabi wasn't "hot", but had a faint wasabi aroma and some in the finish without being bizarre. I really liked the plum; it was very subtle but had a great balanced flavor. The menu lists Sapporo, Kirin, Asahi and Benchwarmer Porter. There were 4 different sake offerings and 2 plum wines as well. Next reviewer, let everyone know how the sushi was!
