I have not been to the actual establishment, but was fortunate to try their mead @ the GABF. They have a regular mead, mead with Juniper berries, mead with Apricots, I think this one is lightly carbonated, a Boysenberry mead and another that escapes me. I found each and evey one to be a work of art. These folks are doing a fantastic job.

When I rate I am actually rating the mead. This is not a "beer" place but a very welcome diversion when visiting Boulder. Good tour with a sample session after.

Tours offered Monday-Friday at 1500 and Saturday at 1230. There is also live music in the tasting room on Saturday.
