Tom's Tavern bills itself as the oldest bar in Boulder, although I couldn't confirm that. They have a reasonable selection of local beers (including a decent New Belgium collection), as well as the usual standards. Being at the end of the Pearl Street Mall, it's a great place to people watch and enjoy a burger. Usual pub fair food is available, along with a small patio.
