Food is good, wait staff if lousy. I was in for lunch several times and out with friends at a birthday party about 3 different time.

$4.50 for a soggy plate of french fries! The tuesday night taco special... you'd need ten to equal one taco bell 99 cent supreme! Portions are what you'd expect in a kid's meal; Way over priced!!! Carbonated beverages were more like a kid's syrupy lunch box drink. The wait staff were more interested in whom was working what hours the next day!
STAY AWAY!!!

If you like English pub type places then this place won't disappoint. The beer selection was great, the service was outstanding, and the food was very good. All-in-all I would recommend this place.

I think that anyone who has had a bad experience at the Firkin And Fox should go back and at least try it one more time. I have been there many times and have been completley satisfied with the friendly service there. The help there are very personal and caring every time I have been there. I don't think that this place should be judged on one bad experince. SO if you have been there i think that you should give it one more chance.

Great little place connected to a hotel. Great specials Tuesday Taco's $.39, Wednesdays Wings $.25 & $2 pints of New Castle Brown Ale. From Noon to 6:30 Mugs are the same price as pints. After 10 stops you get to keep the mug. We go often. Try to set at the bar, the help’s great.

My boyfriend and i stopped into Firkin and fox on Saturday afternoon. At first, we started commenting on how the place has had a complete make over, and how we were excited that we had decided to dine-in at their establishment. After that, things sourly went wrong. First, our food took forever. Considering there was only two other tables, we could'nt fathom what was taking the cook so long. Then, our drinks were empty, and we sat there parched while the waitress was conversing with her co-worker. After we waited patiently for our food, we were extremely disappointed when it arrived and it wasn't at all appetizing. The service was the pits. Our waitress never came back to check on us, and we had to interrupt another employee to retreive our incompetent server. We were going to order dessert, but assumed it would melt by the time we got it. And, we didn't want to interrupt our waitresses lemon chopping. The best part of the whole dining experience at Firkin and Fox, was we got our firkin bill and got to leave.
