Insults from a disgruntled former employee. True or not, they carry little weight. If things are as you say, why not notify a state agency who would be interested. Pubcrawler isn't it.

I was formerly employed by Toro Resteraunt I can tell you that the quality of the food is sub par often served when past its prime, the owners have a taste for illicit substances, and not to mention they do not pay their employees consistently and happened to fire me because they owed me money, there are leaks in the roof, often they purchase their liquor from a local liquor store which by liquor laws is highly illegal.

About Toro,Good but not great. We ate in the lounge on the lower level. I couldn't believe ow many underage kids were drinking there and none were getting carded. I know they were underage because I am a teacher at the high school and some of them were my students. I also saw a waitress get yelled at one night when I was dining upstairs for dripping water from a pitcher onto the floor by the head waitress, I think this eatablishment is not realy all that.

the restaurant has a great menu
the server seem inexperienced but very enthusiatic and helpful

not worth it.
Food is stuffy, dining room was DEAD on a thursday, the "bar/lounge" is pretty tiny and I watched the female manager berate her staff all night.
She didn't seem like the nicest person...
The bar ran out of certain liquors, and there were a few with only an inch or so left in them. There looked to be dust on the shelves.
This place takes itself too seriously. And you know what they say about a bad boss...
grouchy servers and bad service.

Has a great selection of whiskeys, scotches and martninis. Has live music 5 nights a week (tues - saturday)
