I visited this brewpub on 7/17/08 and had the following beers; Valle Special(served w/ lime), Hefe Sauve (served w/lemon), Grand River IPA, Alamosa Amber, “Ol 169” Oatmeal Stout, Scenic Rail Pale Ale, and Summerfest Scottish Ale. Angie and Scott Graeber are the proprietors of this establishment and their 7 barrel system. Apparently Scott’s home brewing hobby got out of hand and grew into this thriving brewpub. The menu tried to use local produce and meat, thus reducing their carbon footprint. I will have to say that the local sausage was excellent. This place warrants another stop when I come through again.
