Yet another good, but typically unusual haunt in Orlando. Let it be told, Orlando seems to have all the good beer hidden in offbeat places - like coffehouses.
Here Dandelion Communitea Cafe comes in, right around the bend from Orlando's China / Asian town area - literally a turn and a hundred or so two feet away. Walk inside and the whole scene changes from the fast pace six lanes of traffic to quiet, relaxing and delicious.
Dandelion is foremost a very-vegetarian focused tea/coffee house with an impressive cooler of beer. I don't recall exactly what was in the cooler since I opted for a potent Elixir instead.
The place is artsy, but comfortable inside - 3 or 4 rooms to divide you from the other patrons. Very colorful and very remarkable the place is - authentic vintage 1920's built in's wood galora.
The food is delicious - simple fare. Rather good.
If I lived in Orlando, I'd be a regular here.
