I visited this brewpub on 5/3/08 and had the following brews; SF Common 4.5%, Wheat 3.9%, Pilsner 5.5%, Porter 6.0%, IPA 6.0%, Brown 4.25%, Stout 5.0%, Chili 5.5%. This place had a great neighborhood bar feeling. My server was friendly but could have been a bit more knowledgeable about their beers. While this was not my favorite brewpub for this trip it was not the worst either. The Magnolia nearby had better food, brew and atmosphere.

Wunder occupies the former premises of Eldo Brewing. The new owners have spruced the place up and are brewing great beer. I sampled both a pilsner and a pale ale and both were right on the mark. This is worth a return visit when I have more time to sample the full array of beers.

This brewpub occupies the facility formerly known as Eldo's. On 9th between Lincoln and Judah is is a smaller brewpub - but with a great staff and a good selection of brewpub beer produced in their own brewhouse in the back of the store. I sampled a pale and an IPA and both were right on target for style and taste. A stout and porter are also on tap with a brown and a chili beer (season, I hope) to round out their own beers. There are some guest taps as well. I didn't have anything to eat on this trip but the menu is typical brewpub fare, with the addition of a chicken curry - and that's what I'll have on my NEXT visit. On a scale of one to four mugs, these guys get 3 1/2!
