The Raven Cafe has an ongoing fascination with the ancient human drink that is simply a malt sweetened, yeast fermented beverage enhanced with hops. Beer! The selection at the Raven consists of the best pale ales, porters, stouts, lagers, pilsners, bocks, belgians, strong ales, hefewiezens, barleywines, and other specialty ales representative of some of the greatest brews and breweries from around the world. The menu is an ever-evolving selection of fine drafts and bottles offered in various styles and sizes. The food focuses on Local and Organic Sustainable specials. The Raven Burger is a standard not to miss featuring the best local grass fed beef. The Raven is in the style of classic European cafes, which in addition to great beer also includes over 200 fine wines, organic locally roasted coffee, teas, food, art, music, and a relaxing atmosphere to discuss business or hang out at. The Live music features some of the most talented underground and local artists. Be Sure to check this place out.

The Raven Cafe is an independently owned cafe that is located in downtown Prescott. The Raven offers a typical menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. However, it is best known for their renowned and fabulous Specials. They pride themselves on offering local organic foods, organic and free-range meats, and being part of the New Prescott Food Revolution. They support a variety of artists: visual, production, musical, and those commissioned to provide work at the Cafe. The restaurant also supports micro-breweries and family owned vineyards. They have 30 drafts beers, over 360 bottles, and carry one of the most specialized wine menus in town. Many nights, they host live music from local artists and many national bands. If you haven't been by yet, stop in to at least check it out... These cats are amazing and are only becoming better and better at what they do everyday.

As noted, 30 taps (plus an apparently dedicated root beer/soda line) and hundreds of bottles, representing a wide selection of styles and geoography. The only "pedestrian" tap was a Guinness tap (and the staff said they couldn't get the Murphy's or Beamish they'd prefer to pour!); drafts included a couple Belgians and German beers, as well as various selections from throughout the West. Beers are priced at several tiers and serving sizes as appropriate, with a variety of glassware available. Bottles to go; bar offers an $8.99 mixed six-pack deal.
