I am a resident of Johnson City and have given this establishment 4 times to prove me wrong. The 1st time we were there, we waited 15 minutes for wait staff. They were maybe 20% busy, and staff was standing at the bar chatting, and we had no drinks. We left, even though management offered to buy us a drink on the way out. We went to another local establishment to spend our money. We gave them 3 more chances, and the wait staff or management does not get it. The food is ok, but not worth the hassel. The first 2 times they did not have their own beer, they are getting better on adding their own.
