Beer Quality Beer Selection Food Service Overall
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
My husband (Roger) and I are mug club members and frequent TCT weekly. On Saturday 12/29/2012 we had a private 70th birthday party for Roger with 59 guests. The food, beer and wait/bar staff were outstanding and a good time was had by all attendees. The specialty menu was coordinated with the TCT chef and included a spoon roast cooked to perfection with a wonderful mushroom gravy. The salad was the way my Italian Mom used to make...lots of vinegar and garlic! The entire menu, appetizers, pasta, hand made meatballs (gigantic!), salad, stout braised chicken breasts, spoon roast, garlic green beans (fabulously garlicky!), rolls and last but not least the gigantic homemade devil's food cake. The cake was specially made by the chef for Roger. The food, beer, timing and service made our event for all who attended and braved the snow to come and celebrate with us.

The beer, as always, was as outstanding as the food. Try the TCT ESB! Yummy!
