Everyone has a right to their opinion, but this place has a cult following for a reason. Extensive beer list considering its tight space. Maybe the best pizza in D.C. Try the spinach feta. The sandwiches are creative and the list is massive. My kids (adult) request this place every time they come back into town.

God this place just blows food wise- but if you want a quick beer well I suspect the beer selection might be attractive. How hard is it to make a freaking sandwich? Want to find out? Try one here.

The food was super bland. The service sucked. Our table was about 1 inch away from the table next to us. It's stifling, no air circulation, dirty and just overall bad. BUT they do support animal rescue so that makes up for it... right?

THis is my favorite place to eat. The waitresses have always been friendly and good about re-fills, the smell of the place is just wonderful, and the atmosphere has a lot of character, although a bit tacky in a fun way.

Lived in NOVA for 3 years and my biggest regret is that I only discovered the Dog my final year. Dog Collars, Billy's Philly and The Phoenix are all one needs. I miss it dearly...

Great selection of beers and good food. My only complaint is that our server kept trying to give us frosted mugs for our Orval's. Need to work on getting the appropriate glassware for the stuff they serve.

Good Great So So Good Good
If you are looking for an extensive bottle selection then look no further. The draft beer selection is considerable scaled down with little to no unique beers (one exception- Lindemans). Be prepared to shell out premium prices per pint. The pizza is fair at best and at prices three times that of Domino's I'd stop for a quick beer and head down to Luna Grille.

This place is more of a neighborhood joint. It is known for its great sandwiches (gobs and gobs of them) and pizza, as well as its hundreds of beers. If you feel like raging and partying, this is not the place. (It has a 3 drink limit and it's more of a friendly style atmosphere.) However, if you want to enjoy the company of your friends (and be able to hear what they are saying), this is a wonderful hangout.

Arlington's answer to the Brickskellar in DC. Most selections found "on the wall of beers" are available from the cooler in the pizza/deli side. GREAT sandwiches and pizzas. NO SMOKING ALLOWED which I think is great. Only drawback is the 3 beer limit. Have never pushed to see if that is "per visit" or "per night".
