Only one problem with this place, U neeed to bring a bodyguard or a gun, a lot of fights break out for some reason. They try hard to stop problems as they check you at the door with a fast pat down to make sure U dont have anything on U that can cause a body harm, lol. That's no joke, they do! They have off duty cops outside also. It's a shame that a few jerks can cause problems for the vast majority of people there that just want to have fun. The bar should press charges on all morons that cause problems there. I think when the word got around that your going to jail if you start a fight it would stop. I think the $15 dollar charge is to stop the jerks from comming in, but it is not working. It's to bad, it's a nice place.

With so many other beer bars in the area, there's no reason to really go to Doc's. . . well, maybe some weirdo people watching. . . but that's really about it.

It cost $15 for a couple to listen to an awful DJ. It took at least 20 minutes to get a drink! We had 15 people with us and were told the cover charge would be waived. It wasn't!!! We will NEVER return

Just want you to know that that bouncers there have to go. There is a big fat guy that leans on a car that really sucks. He got to go. He shove out one of my friends for no particular reason. That big fat pig has to go.

This place has to be the most obnoxious bar "club?" I've ever been to. The people are obnoxious, the bartenders are ridiculous, and the overall age group is fake ID or pedifile.

just curious , why did the bouncer throw you out? my experience watching them has been they have always tried to talk the people out and i have seen them take ALOT of abuse and usually do not touch the person unless the person starts fighting or just simply refuses to leave .. im just curious why they supposedly threw you and yur wife out?

Cool looking club. Bouncers are on too much steriods and its affecting there mental state cause they are too agressive and short tempered.

My wife and me were physically thrown to the floor by a bouncer at Doc's cause we got in for free when he wouldn't. He pushed and shoved us out of the club. Look out people!!!

We all headed out to Doc's last Friday and caught a great band called thunder road which plays a lot of Bruce. The band in itself made the trip in the pouring rain worth it! The atmosphere in the place is comfortable and the bartenders were all very friendly. I'd recommend Doc's to everyone looking for a night out, and especially thunder road to any big bruce fan! thanks!

We hit Doc's in Totowa when THUNDER ROAD is there, especially when we just need to go out and have a great time and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and live the Springsteen experience!!! Great job, guys!!!!!

We saw--without a doubt--the most realistic tribute band, Thunder Road, at Doc's! Their lead singer is AMAZING and he really blew us away with an incredible "Bruce"....What a voice on that guy...An fun night, we'll be back!

I was at doc's on male review nite, and also on friday when they had BAD MEDICINE BAND, it was the best i recommend all my friends to go there, i love the way bartenders treat their customers with a warm and friendly atmosphere. just one request since doc's had the male review why not the female review? just a thought. keep up the good work DOC'S.......

I thought there were a lot of fine girls on the Wednesday night that I went. In fact I was staying in the Holiday Inn where the club is and was pretty stoked that a cool club was downstairs. I liked the atmosphere and decorations. This is a place for older teens and younger 20's. I hope I stay at that hotel again on a Wednesday night.
