These folks do a lot of contract brewing, but offer beers of their own: A Lager and a Dunkel. Their house-brand beers used to be truly horrible. Of the "why didn't you pour this out?" variety. That's changed, and the Dunkel at least is outstanding (it was so good I couldn't bring myself to try the "Lager"). The bar is in a huge hall, German-themed of course. There's often dancing and/or buffet spreads with the emphasis on meat. These folks also do one of the best Oktoberfests in the area with large, non-electrified bands.
