Total disappointment. Beer was good but not worth the trip. Corned beef on reuben was so fatty you couldn't eat it. The Cuban sandwich was served without pork. When we told the waitress about the problems she just thanked us for bringing it to her attention. Manager was nice and tried to make amends. Too late.

Trust google maps when it leads to to "nowhere"... park in the lot and walk onto the unmarked warehouse! Inside you will find a fully finished dining adn bar area. GREAT BEERS, staff who knows them well, GREAT FOOD. My new favorite place!

This was so enjoyable, we returned a week later. We had some very tasty IPA's. Other beers seemed well brewed also. Good selection of food and all was very tasty. The place is tough to find, however. No signage and is located in an industrial/warehouse area. It is worth looking for, however.

Been wanting to try the Brewpub menu and finally had a chance to get out to Two Brothers tonight. The pizza was excellent, the Cuban sandwich was good and my wife thought the Pulled Pork was the best she had ever had. She stole my Domaine DuPage French-style Ale. I wish the 2Bros tap selection was a little more varied and a little colder - the sampler flight was ale, ale, ale, weiss and ale. But I will be certainly going back.

Wow! A lot has changed since I last wrote about Two Brothers in 2005. Absolutely everything has changed for the better.
First of all they have moved, though not far. They are still located within the same commercial park. Secondly, they have opened a "taproom", but it is actually a full service brewpub.
The brewpub staff is the best you will ever hope to meet. Regular, down-to-earth people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The food is very good. My favorites include the Cuban and Muffalota sandwiches.
The beers are incredible. Back in February when the taproom first opened, they brewed a double "Cane and Ebel". To die for! They claim they are unable to reproduce the exact recipe since it was somewhat of a "mistake". But something tells me they will try.
"Hop juice" is a double IPA that is without peers. I have never had anything that comes close. Despite our pleading with the owner, it remains a seasonal beer.
"O Brother" is a fantastic belgian, and "Heavy Handed" continues to be a solid IPA.
Check it out for yourself. Don't go on Monday, they are closed.

The Heavy-Handed IPA is a lifesaver for this brewery. I would place it fourth in the areas IPA's. Alpha King first, Lunar second, Flossmore third. I've not been extremely impressed with anything else.

Hit-or-miss. I had a pint of what was purported to be a Belgian-style ale (the Prairie Path). It was so sour I could barely drink it -- one of the worst craft beers I've ever had. (Were they trying to mimic that overrated swill Cantillon? If so, they nailed it.) The Iditarod is disappointingly light-bodied for an Imperial stout. The one hit: Domaine DuPage. Hint of sour, good malt flavor, fairly lightly hopped, a well-crafted saison brew.
When it comes to this brewery, I'll stick to the Domaine DuPage and leave the rest for y'all.

Hard to review these guys. This is more of a homebrew store that happens to brew and bottle in small amounts. There is no tasting room, but you can prchase their beer. Everything I have tried from them has been good, with a few great ones. I get the feeling though that these guys could take their beer up a level if they really put their minds to it.

After tasting many beers for many years, I believe the best breweries in the midwest are Bells, Three Floyds, Goose Island, and ...Two Brothers. Outstanding gentlemen! Your IPA is among this countries' finest.

Just so everyone knows....brewery tours are occasional, some Saturdays (not all), and there's no pub here. Fortunately, the gentleman at the beer store was hospitable, provided a few samples and chatted with us. Call ahead if you would like a tour however.

Two Brothers brews the best India Pale Ale I've ever tasted. Their Ebelweiss is the best Weiss beer around. The Prairie Path Ale is a great Belgium ale.

I tried the Edelweiss in Peoria, IL at Old Chicago pizza and pub. I love the hint of clove in it. I had it was a piece of lemon. I want to fine where I can buy it around here. The restaurant had it on tap.

Some of the best beers in the western suburbs of Chicago. The beer is always fresh and lively. Prairie Path Ale and French Country Ale are favorites. The Northwind Stout is a good interpreation of Imperial Stout. A bit lighter than some, but some still quite a good stout. People should realize that some inconsistencies are possible with Two Brothers' beer as they are a microbrewery and the beer is not pasteurized.

This brewery demostrates just how bad Chicago's beer knowledge is. They brew the occasional drinkable beer, generally it's a waste of perfectly good water. Beers are out of style and poorly made. Don't get burned by a bad 6 pack! Weiss on draft is OK.

I can see why the last reviewer doesn't use a name - he/she obviously has no idea what good beer is. This is one of the best breweries around. Sure, their regular line-up is limited, but they are all great. Their seasonals have all been excellent as well, although as a history freak I have to point out that 2001 was the 212th anniversary of the French Revolution and not 222nd as the bottles of their French Country Ale stated. But this is about beer, so I won't hold that against them. The only beer that didn't measure up was their winter seasonal Imperial Stout - it was a very good stout, but it wasn't an Imperial Stout. The Bare Tree Weiss Wine (bottled 2000 I think) is awesome and can still be found at area Binny's stores - it ages well so get it if you find it.

Ebelweiss is probably the best American weiss beer made. Their brown ale is outstanding and their belgium-style golden is NOT a pale ale, but it is light, crisp and very refreshing.
