Closed in May 2005.
"All four Georgia locations of the Buckhead Brewery & Grill closed their doors in early May due to sharp traffic declines at the stores."

This location just won 3 awards for its beers at the Georgia Craft Beer Challenge(statewide competition. The Oktoberfest took 3rd, the Schwarzbier took 2nd and their Lakeside Light Lager placed 3rd. The brewer must be doing something right.

Beer quality seems to have gone downhill in the last few months. Out of pale ale for 3 days acording to the bartender when I was there.

I have always been pleased with the overall quality of the beers here. Red Hills Amber Ale, (My personal favorite) just won the Silver @ the 2002 World Beer Cup.) All the brews seem to be consistantly excellent making this one the finest brew-pubs in Georgia. I would, and often do, highly recomend it.

Very attractive brewpub; quite large. Beer selection was limited. Beer was good but not outstanding; IPA was average but porter was quite good. Menu was inventive and expansive. I was surprised to see vension on the menu. The food was prepared quite well. Prices were reasonable. Service was bad. The waiter was completely disorganized.

Brewer Bob is doing a tremendous job of providing a wide range of beers for every palate. His outmeal stout and red hills amber are his best creations.."hop heads" may find the offerings a bit average..but if you ask, I'm sure Bob will allow you to chew some hops. The food is typical pub grub, but the grouper sandwich and house salad are anything but average. The service has always been terrific..nobody is ever a stanger here!

Most wonderful building of all atlanta breweries. A must-see for visitor and local alike. Most of their beers are flavorful and well done. Shame the feel the need to brew a Miller Lite replacement, but all the rest are good. Could stand a larger selection. Beautiful hunting lodge decor, friendly wait staff.

One of the best brewpubs in the southeast. The IPA is wonderfully hopped and the stout is right on. The selection could be a little bigger but the beers are great. The food is also top notch.

They have five selections on tap. I only had the opportunity to try one beer and I must say that the Red Hills Amber is one of the best beers that I have ever had. The food was great. You have to try the Colorado Filet. It melts in your mouth. This place is a money maker. It really is the worth driving time to try this place out.
