Been to this place many times. It has just about everything you would look for in a local pizza-pub restaurant. Great beer selection, good, tasty food and a waitstaff that's usually very friendly. This place can range form not very crowded (usually during the week) to standing room only (on the weekend). You can usually find a place to lean on while enjoying your favorite beverage. Always a good time.

Great Awesome! Good Great Great
The tap selection is 10-15 beers with a heavy emphasis on regional & national micros - with decent specials & happy hours. The bottle selection is wonderful. I gave the place an awesome because I've been trying different beers for a long time now and these guys had between 5 & 10 Belgians that I had not previously tasted.

I didn't really drop in for the food but I did have a tasty little pie. I'll go back to check out some other menu items later.

Bado is in the South Hills (Mt. Lebabanon area) of Pittsburgh near Route 19.

We first visited Bado's about 10 years ago when the emphasis was on good pizza, not beer.

Bado's is a nice family owned place with live music and events. It is an old style store front establishment that has been renovated, but still maintains the charm of yester-year.

I happened to be there for the tapping a a Yard cask. Delicious.

The beer selection will keep you coming back to get through it. The food is a bit more than typical. The appetizers are to be avoided if low fat is a concern. This is a safe bet place to take family, a date, clients or just yourself.

Bado's is a nice, casual place -- a good place to grab a decent brew and a pizza. Tap selection is on of the better in the south and food is not bad either. Live entertainment some nights as well in the bar.

A decent selection of beer, no belgian beer yet, but has some good micro's. The first tuesday of every month they get in a cask beer of Yards.
